My office is located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. For those who aren't local to Orlando or simply prefer the convenience of home, I also provide virtual therapy sessions for high-achievers throughout the entire state of Florida. Whether you prefer the physical presence of an in-person session or the flexibility of telehealth, we can find a rhythm that fits your lifestyle.

My fee for a standard 50-minute individual session is $150. For high-achievers, I know that your time is your most valuable asset—and the same is true for our work together. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, I have a $120 fee for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows. This policy ensures that I can maintain a consistent and dedicated space for all of my clients.

I do accept most Cigna plans, however I am primarily an out-of-network provider. This allows me to provide highly personalized care without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies regarding diagnosis and frequency of care. Out of network clients will receive a superbill at the end of each month with the ability to submit for out of network reimbursement with their insurance providers. See more on my rates page here.

I provide telehealth sessions for residents throughout Florida. My platform is secure, HIPAA-compliant, and designed to fit into a professional's schedule. Whether you are in your office or your living room, you get the same level of deep, focused care.
-
Yes. I offer in-person therapy sessions at my office in Orlando, Florida, as well as HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy for residents throughout the state. Many of my clients appreciate the flexibility of a hybrid approach, meeting in person when their schedule allows and hopping on a video call during particularly busy weeks. Whether we meet on the couch or via a screen, the depth of the work remains the same.

Our first session (the intake) is a structured but gentle "deep dive." We’ll move past the small talk to look at the systems currently running your life. We will discuss your history, your current triggers for anxiety and burnout, and, most importantly, what success in therapy looks like for you specifically.
-
There is no 'one-size-fits-all' timeline, but we aren't here to keep you in therapy forever. Most clients find that 6 to 12 months of weekly or bi-weekly sessions allows for significant, lasting change in their anxiety and perfectionism patterns. Some choose to stay longer to navigate existential growth or career transitions, while others move to maintenance sessions once their primary goals are met. We will check in regularly on your progress to ensure our work feels efficient, effective, and aligned with your life.
-
Not at all. In fact, many of my clients come to me when they are fine on paper but exhausted in reality. We focus on preventative mental health, dismantling the perfectionism and invisible labor patterns before they lead to a total crash. Think of it as high-level maintenance for your most important asset: your mind.
