You are highly capable, incredibly organized, able to think through any problem quickly, and excellent at project-managing your life. The problem is, behind closed doors, that relentless drive is starting to feel less like a superpower and more like a trap. The constant overthinking, the 'all-or-nothing' perfectionism, and the exhausting invisible labor are draining your battery to zero.
My goal isn’t to give you a clinical lecture or pathologize your stress. Together, we’re going to step back and look at the bigger picture. We’ll look at the generational scripts, systemic pressures, and old coping mechanisms that are keeping you stuck, and build a customized roadmap to give you your agency (and your peace) back.
My style
I believe that therapy should feel less like a clinical interrogation and more like a collaborative partnership.
I don’t sit silently with a clipboard nodding at you. My style is active, warm, down-to-earth, and occasionally irreverent. We will look closely at the places where you are compromising your own values to keep the peace or maintain a perfect image.
Because insight alone doesn't create change, our work goes beyond standard talk therapy to focus on actionable strategies. We integrate targeted modalities to address specific friction points: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to disrupt chronic overthinking and all-or-nothing mindsets; Financial Therapy to unpack the psychological scripts linking your performance to your sense of safety; and Somatic Awareness to identify and regulate the physical data your body sends during a stress response.

You are the ultimate expert on your own life. My job isn't to tell you what choices to make, but to help you look honestly at your patterns so you can make decisions from a place of clarity rather than anxiety.
Choice
You always have a say in the direction of our sessions. We navigate your therapeutic timeline together, actively choosing which roots to explore deeply and which tools to focus on to fit your current lifestyle.
Humor
Healing is heavy work, but it doesn't have to be clinical or cold. I believe dark humor, irreverence, wit, and a genuine laugh are therapeutic tools that help soften the edge of existential dread and keep us grounded.
Consent
Therapy is built entirely on your safety and pacing. Whether we are utilizing traditional talk modalities, testing out mindfulness strategies, or introducing trauma-focused hypnotherapy, everything we do is a collaborative, ongoing conversation.
